What is Guestscapes?

Guestscapes was founded to offer business and leisure travelers a better choice in their travel lodging. Our one mission here is to make you feel at home by providing our guests with a uniquely-designed comfortable space and amenities that you would expect from a vacation rental combined with the consistency and service of a hotel while living like a local.

How do you choose the Guestscape properties?

We hand-select properties based on on specific quality standards for our guests – well located with nearby attractions and dining, comfortable space, attractive, secure and unique.

Booking

How do I make a booking directly with Guestscapes?

You can browse our homes by city and filter for your exact needs. When you’re ready to book, simply click on ‘Book Now’ button and it will link you to our booking page on AirBnb. Once there, simply follow the prompts.

Is there a pre check-in process?

We want to make your arrival experience as smooth as possible and in order to do so, we require an identity verification step by uploading a picture of a government issued ID on our booking page. This is to confirm identity and to ensure the safety of our guests in all of our homes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Are there anything I’m not allowed to do in my Guestscape?

Yes, we have 3 simple rules – no smoking inside, no parties, and no pets.

During your stay

Will someone meet me at my Guestscape?

In most cases, we will send you instructions on how to enter your Guestscape 24-72 hours prior to your arrival, which includes a secure access code and key location.

What time is check-in and check-out?

You can check-in anytime after 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. You may be able to check-in earlier if our housekeeping team have finished cleaning after the previous guest. Please check to see if it’s available first before checking in early.

What’s all included in my Guestscape?

Every Guestscape is complete with:

What services do you provide for guests?

We are available 24/7 to help make your stay enjoyable. We can help make local recommendations and handle any special requests or issues you may have with your Guestscape.

What services does Guestscapes offer for my property?

We’ll take care of everything for you including handling reservations, marketing, guest communication, maintenance and housekeeping. We make the entire process hands-off for our partners.

What happens when I want to use my home?

Just simply let us know. With advance notice, we’ll reserve your home and ensure that there are no other confirmed bookings. Your home will be clean and ready to go as if you were one of our guests.

Who would be staying in my property?

Out of state business and leisure travelers who are seeking something unique choose Guestscapes. Our average guests member earns more than $75,000 annually, is prescreened for identification, and provides a security deposit prior to their visit. They are adults, pet free, non-smokers, and typically stay for 1-3 nights.

Is there any charge for working with Guestscapes?

There are no fees, charges or hidden costs whatsoever for allowing Guestscapes to lease your property. We sign a 6 or 12 month lease and provide a deposit, just as any other tenant would. What are some advantages to working with Guestscapes? First, we offer free keyless entry so that only property owners have a key to their property. This also ensures that guests have access only for the nights they’re booked to stay. Secondly, after every guest, your property is cleaned to the highest standards by a professional cleaning company. Additionally, we can provide references from other happy property owners, a deposit, and first and last month’s rent, if needed.

How can I be sure my home is safe?

Each renter must present a government-issued photo ID and credit card before they’re granted access to the property. We also take security deposits to ensure that all parties are sufficiently protected and each location is guaranteed by an extensive short-term rental insurance policy.
